Hello Heirs!

This is GM Dominiel.

 

In order to fix issues in the game, Epic Seven will have a patch on 10/29 (Thu). 

Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.
For more details about this patch, please see below.


■ 10/29 (Thu) Patch Details
1. Schedule: 10/29 (Thu) 14:00 UTC
2. Details:

An issue where players were unable to adopt a Pet during the initial Pet System tutorial will be fixed.



※ Please Note
- This patch will be applied when you log in.
- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.
- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal.
- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over to log into the game.

    • Please fix the app crash for AOS 5.0 SG. Many of US still playing this game with low phone version (potato phone). I have play it for almost 2 year now so please fix it

  • I can’t see the regular coin shop and haven’t gotten the currency for it, only the galaxy shop is viewable.

    The issue after repatch still lingering and this issue applies on to accounts under certain condition. As player that have all accounts in all regions (except Korea) and playing in all platforms (mobile android, nox, ldplayer) the issue that the game crashing with message "Unfortunately, Epic Seven has stopped" with no regard to what you playing. It even crash when i leave the game on the lobby.


    As i running with multiple accounts, good thing is that not all accounts crash and after doing observation with isolation. The accounts that consistently crash are the same inregardless of region and platform i am playing on. Even i have resintalled the game from fresh but using the accounts that crash seemed to have the same crash issue.


    So what accounts that i have that crashed you may asking? The 2 accounts that i have tied up to keep crashing are tied on my Stove tied to Homail email account and the other one is my Facebook that tied to Hotmail account.

    Continuing from my last post.


    Only the Stove and FB account that tied to Hotmail seemed to be having crash issue.

    The rest of my account on Stove but tied to Gmail seems to be working without single crash and the accounts that tied to Google play seems to be stable as well without any crash.


    I am not sure why only accounts that tied to the Hotmail account only would crash so i hope that you can further investigate on this issue as not all players would be experiencing this crash.


    I hope this information would help E7 staffs to dig into problem that affecting players that are having bad experience with this crash on the game under those conditions that i found and able to fix it for good.


    I hope this post would reach out to you and thanks for the good work that you have put into E7.

  • After additional testing, i find the crashing issue happen when i run my accounts concurrently on multiple regions.

    If i only run on one region it looks to be stable but once i run the account on the other region then the one started earlier would crash.

    Before the patch, i would be able to run concurrently account on multi region at same time and the mystery about this is why my other Stove account on Gmail and Google Play account on Gmail have no issue when running concurrently region.


    Well atleast for now i can run one region without crashing on those accounts linked to Hotmail.

  • The sound hasn't been working on my game, no sound from anything. I don't know if it's my phone or something but if you could please look into it if it's a bug.
