■ Introduce Your Awesome Guild Details

1. Schedule: 1/21 (Thu) ~ 1/27 (Wed) 14:59 UTC

2. Eligible target: All players above 16 years on the Korea, Global, Asia, and Europe servers.

3. Event Details: Upload an introduction of your Guild on the [Guild Introduction] board.

4. How to participate

   ① Go to [Lobby > Guild > Guild Hall], take a screenshot of the screen as in the image below and make sure your Guild’s name is visible.      

   ② Follow the post format below and upload on the [Guild Introduction] board.

※ Please note!

- If two or more members of the same guild participate in the event, a Guild Reward of 500,000 Honor Coins can only be given twice.

- If you maintain your Guild until the end of the event, your chances of winning will increase.

- All players above 16 years can participate in the event.

- This event will be conducted in accordance with our Event Regulations as outlined on our official website.

- Players can participate in the event only once per account. (In case of a double entry, only the first entry will be accepted.)

- Make sure to input correct details of your in-game name, server according to the posting format.

- If your account information cannot be confirmed, or if you change your nickname then your prize may be forfeited. 

- Any entries that violate our Event Regulations, or affect other participants negatively, will be deleted without prior notice.

- Text, image or a video of your Guild introduction shall not violate any copyrights and must be your original product.

- If it is found that you participated in the event in an inappropriate way, you may be removed as a winner. 

- Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in regards to when certain rewards are delivered, or the reward may be changed.

- In countries where overseas deliveries are not currently permitted, the prizes will be delivered at a later date once restrictions have been lifted. 

※Posts for participation MUST be uploaded on the [Guild Introduciton] board. Comments under this post will not be accepted as participation in the event.

※Consent to Agree on Collection of Personal Information 

Only the winners of this event will receive a request from Smilegate Megaport, Inc for the collection of personal information. The information collected will be used in order to facilitate delivery of the reward. All personal information that is collected will be destroyed 30 days after the winner has confirmed they have received their prize.
