First, they can be banned already for the fact that they constantly transfer accounts to each other. And of course for using cheat accounts in clan battles. In previous times, I wrote reports on them for the fact that they pumped 30 levels in a month. Now they are cautious and swing up to 25-27. But immediately for 20-30 accounts. In order to solve the problem of cheating in clan battles and spam, I propose to increase the minimum level for participation in clan battles to 21.
